At Market Street Curations, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item we offer. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order, as it describes your rights and our obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Made-to-Order Products
Many of the products offered by Market Street Curations are made-to-order, meaning each item is specifically produced for you only after your order has been placed. Because these items are created exclusively for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once production has begun.
2. Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are able to accommodate modifications or cancellations only within 24 hours of the order being placed, before production begins.
To request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately at marketstreetcurations@gmail.com with your order number and the details of your request. After the 24-hour window has passed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders under any circumstances.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances:
Made-to-order prints and wall art
Custom orders -- including items made to custom dimensions, finishes, materials, or specifications requested by the customer
Personalized or monogrammed items
Digital downloads and digital files
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase
Items that have been installed, hung, or otherwise used after delivery
By placing an order for any of the above items, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final and no refund or return will be issued.
4. Custom Orders
Custom orders are orders that involve unique specifications, personalization, or modifications made at the customer's request -- including but not limited to custom sizes, custom framing, custom materials, bespoke designs, or any product created or altered specifically to your requirements.
All custom orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Because these items are produced exclusively for you and cannot be restocked or resold, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or replacements for custom orders except in the case of verified damage during transit (see Section 5).
Prior to beginning production on any custom order, we encourage customers to carefully review all specifications, artwork approvals, and order details. Once production has commenced, no changes can be made.
5. Damaged Items in Transit
On rare occasions, items may be damaged while in transit with our shipping carriers. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at marketstreetcurations@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery.
To be eligible for a Damage Review, you must:
Submit detailed, clearly visible photographs of the damaged product(s) and packaging in .jpeg or .png format
Submit your damage claim no later than seventy-two (72) hours after the shipping carrier's indicated delivery date
Ensure that photographs are taken immediately upon receipt -- products must not have been hung, installed, or otherwise used prior to photographing the damage
Damage Review Process:
Once we receive your photos and damage claim, our team will conduct a Damage Review. Please allow a minimum of thirty (30) business days for the review to be completed. Following the review, Market Street Curations may, at its sole discretion, elect to repair or replace the damaged item(s).
Please note: the fulfillment of any replacement item will be subject to then-current manufacturing capacity, material availability, and shipping timelines. You may be responsible for return shipping costs in the event that we elect to repair or replace the item.
6. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an item that is materially different from what you ordered, or if an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us at marketstreetcurations@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
